Here’s a latin vocabulary list I pulled together. The first part is from Collins Ecclesiastical Latin. The rest is just a general list I got off the internet somewhere. I haven’t used it much, so I can’t vouch for it, but someone may find it helpful.
Files to Download*:
Latin-English (txt)
Latin-English (xls)
*WordPress won’t let me upload .txt and .xls files, so I’ve added a .doc extension to each. When you go to save them, just take off the .doc ending and put back in the .txt or .xls extension.
NB: For Latin help online, Words is fantastic. It parses and defines just about any Latin word you can think of. You can also download it to your computer from here.

Words is good. For those who prefer a better interface, perhaps I might be permitted a plug for QuickLatin? (www.quicklatin.com)
A useful blog this. I’ve added you to my blogroll.

Ben,
do you remember the sources for the rest of the vocab. in this list? I’m trying to assemble a list useful for Ecclesiastical latin specifically, so Collins is a good start. it looks as if there are several other word-lists in there besides Collins – are they from general/classical dictionaries, or something more specific to theological/liturgical latin? Thanks for your help.

Hi Br. Reginald,
Unfortunately, I can’t remember where I pulled that from. I think I trolled the internet for a seeming robust list. If I remember correctly, it was not only a ecclesiastical list because it had a a good bit of terminology about plants and animals that made it appear more general in nature. Sorry. Do let me know if you pull together a better list, and I’d be happy to post it here.
Ben
